Out of the pharma industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 6.97% share in November 2021, recording an increase of 0.04% over the last three-month average share.

McKesson posted 7 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a rise of 600% over the previous month, followed by Johnson & Johnson with 5 jobs and a 25% growth. Eli Lilly and with 5 IT jobs and Pfizer with 3 jobs, recorded a 25% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while AbbVie recorded a decline of 40% with 3 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 45.16%, down by 17.65% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 38.71% share, registered an increase of 9.09% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 16.13% share, up 400% over October 2021.
