US-based global data and technology company eResearch Technology (ERT) has announced the expansion of its Business Intelligence suite to include reporting for clinical trial imaging, making study data easily accessible and actionable.

With the new imaging capabilities that provide an increased level of information, study leaders will be able to ensure completion, and manage sites, costs, and productivity effectively.

ERT Imaging vice-president Tim Kulbago said: “Imaging studies are complex, and customers are under great pressure to monitor and manage their performance. With the power of our Business Intelligence suite, study leaders can achieve the deep insights they need to act quickly, and keep studies on track for success.

“Our clinical trial imaging customers can now track their study progress all the way from first image capture to database lock, with the ability to pivot with confidence whenever a potential challenge arises.”

With ERT’s Business Intelligence suite, many CROs and sponsors can realise new operational efficiencies and better data quality.

They can also reduce study timelines and lower costs through its comprehensive views into trial performance.

The Business Intelligence suite comprises the new imaging functionality that enables customers to direct studies using existing information.

Furthermore, they have access to an easy-to-understand dashboard to evaluate early indicators of potential delays in the imaging process.

An intuitive interface of the suite allows users to access study data in various methods. Based on region, site and image reader, they can also easily filter data for a high-level view or dive down.

Additionally, through timely information study leaders can intervene as necessary.
