IQVIA has launched a new clinical trial technology platform, One Home for Sites, designed to streamline the management of trials by providing a single sign-on and dashboard for various tasks and systems.
This innovation addresses the challenge of technology overload at research sites, where staff often juggle multiple usernames and passwords across different applications, detracting from patient care and the ability to manage several trials concurrently.
By consolidating the multitude of clinical applications into a single platform, One Home for Sites, the latest offering from IQVIA, enables pharmaceutical companies and their software vendors to integrate clinical applications seamlessly, simplifying the daily operations at research sites.
This integration is expected to enhance the focus on patient recruitment and treatment, thereby increasing the capacity to manage multiple trials.
The development of the One Home platform by IQVIA was informed by the insights of over 100 site personnel, ensuring it caters to the real-world needs of its users.
Prime Sites of IQVIA, which are institutes or networks dedicated to advancing clinical trial procedures, are currently piloting the platform.
